The challenge

Mariam was running her business through Instagram and WhatsApp alone.

One day, a customer from outside her country reached out after being impressed by her work, wanting to understand the project more clearly before buying. All he found were scattered social media accounts, so he left without completing the purchase.

The journey

So we designed her a site that tells the story of her work instead of just displaying it: a homepage that opens with her actual pieces, not stock photography, and a browsable gallery organized by occasion (wedding, evening, casual) instead of everything mixed into one feed.

We added a page that walks through exactly how a dress comes together, step by step, since every piece is hand-cut and sewn to order, and a customer deserves to know that before they even ask. WhatsApp stayed the one and only next step, because it's already where her customers trust her.
